Exclusive use of the grounds and the Estate House for 8 hours. Additional time may be purchased at $200 per hour.

Experienced and professional wedding coordinator to handle the day of and rehearsal service. 

You will have access to our large, well-lit bridal and groom suites.  Bridal suite includes a balcony with a country view.

Our professional staff will set-up, tear-down, and set-out any decor as needed.  Janitorial services included.

Three large white tents are available for your reception and ceremony. Sidewalls on courtyard tent available if needed.  Two patio heaters included for colder weather.

Table linens included in your choice of white, black, or ivory.   Linen napkins coordinated with your choice of colors.

We have 23 - 60" Round table for dining, 6 ft and 8 ft tables for the wedding party.  Chairs enough for ceremony and dining areas, up to 150.

Access to our extensive inventory in decorations including candle holders, vases, signs, easels, and much more!  Multiple arbors to choose from.

Use of East Fork Champagne Flutes for toasts and Bridal Suites. Cake table with skirting and linens included.  Experienced cake cutting.

Included with our bartending service.

We have a variety of outdoor activities available to you. Included in your package is access to our fire pit, horseshoe pit, bocce ball, ladder golf, and corn hole.
